COMMUNITY HEALTH IMPROVEMENT WEEK

Community Health Improvement Week is celebrated from June 1-5 and is a national event designated to recognize community health professionals for their passion and dedication to improving the health of the communities they serve.

During this time, Maverick County Hospital District joins other medical care professionals across the nation in raising awareness, demonstrate the impact and celebrate those individuals and organizations that work to advance the health and well-being of our communities.

During these unprecedented times, we are focus on coming together with our community and organizations around the country to advance our health and well-being by bridging care and community and celebrate our medical care professionals.

MCHD recognizes and honors the dedication, courage and kindness of hospitals and health professionals whose service to our community residents allows us all to enjoy healthier and happier lives.

From hospital administrators, front-line workers, community health organizations, and volunteers, those fine men and women are the true definition of heroism. On a daily basis they are making a positive difference and taking care of our community during these challenging times.
