Maverick County Hospital District is proud to provide you, the patient, with a basic patient access solution to your Personal Health Record (PHR). This solution enables effective sharing of patient health information and sets the stage for future patient access requirements. This basic solution will be able to add in the near future the access to additional clinical and administrative features as you require. This Basic Patient Access consists at this point of two components:
· A Personal Health Record (PHR), automatically updated, which allows you to view, update, and manage health information
· A messaging system that allows you to receive important messages such as lab results and health reminders from the practice.
When you receive an invitation via e-mail from the practice you must register for an account before communication can begin between the practice or the provider and the patient.
